The Digital CMC Summit is the premier event in drug development, focusing on the transformative impact of digital and AI technologies across the industry. The summit's agenda comprised over 50 hours of insights from industry leaders across 20+ expert-led sessions including the "Digital CMC Visioneer Awards," an "Innovation Challenge," and a keynote address by astronaut Doug Hurley on scaling innovation in highly regulated fields. The event was organized by QbDVision, a developer of integrated Digital CMC management platforms, who contracted with Good Wolf as their production partner for the conference.

Good Wolf worked closely with the marketing team and ultimately managed the registration process including full-color custom badges printed on-site. We handled all of the audio, video, lighting production including video interviews, still photography and b-roll content capture for the conference and off-site events. Our client took our recommendation to upgrade from a static cloth backdrop to a dynamic LED Wall with two outboard IMAG screens which not only brought the live experience to life, but gave much more dynamic post-event content for future marketing materials.
